Transport Futures - Provincial Election Transportation Debate

This event has already taken place.

With Ontarians casting their votes on June 2, Transport Futures invites you to join us at our Provincial Election Transportation Debate on May 25 (10am-noon)! Despite the PC Party declining five invitations to participate, the NDP, Liberals and Greens are keen to answer tough questions on how they'll solve a range of transport challenges: active transportation, traffic congestion, multi-modal infrastructure funding, disruptive technologies, goods movement, equity, environmental impacts and more.

The transportation debate will take place at Innis Town Hall located on the University of Toronto’s downtown campus AND “online” via Vimeo. Following provincial and university COVID policies, we will limit “in-person” attendance at the 200 seat venue to 125 delegates. For those attending “online”, a confidential link and password will be provided just before the debate takes place.

As of May 21, the registration fee is $35 but all Bike Month participants receive a $10 discount by using promo code BM543.

We look forward to welcoming you to Transport Futures — “in-person” or “online”!!

Address: 401 Richmond St, Office 215, Toronto, ON M5V 3A8
