Join us on our 8th annual Humber Ride 4Real Food - providing food security for lower income households in South Parkdale!
The Humber Ride4Real Food proudly supports the Co-op Cred program: using an alternative community economic development model to create better access to local and nutritious food for low-income people. It all starts and ends at Etienne Brule Park, (Old Mill Subway). Riders from all levels will enjoy a beautiful bike ride up to 35km along the Humber River Recreational Trail. Following the ride, Riders will be rewarded with a picnic lunch courtesy of West End Food Co-op (WEFC) with entertainment provided by Parkdale Activity Recreation Centre musicians!
