This District Summit is intended as a way to make it easier for new volunteers to get involved in Cycle Toronto's Ward Advocacy program. These events are designed to help identify overlaps in campaigns, projects, or local events that transcend ward boundaries. They offer a chance to connect and coordinate, and to take our bike advocacy to the next level.

1, 2, 3, Ward Advocacy!

  • Hear from Cycle Toronto staff about the history of Cycle Toronto and the Ward Advocacy program in general.
  • Get up to speed on our Bike Lanes on Danforth campaign, with updates from local volunteers about how their work fits into the Scarborough context
  • Learn how you can contribute to Cycle Toronto's #BuildtheGrid campaign for a network of protected bike lanes across this city.
